Our morning buses starting picking clients up from their lodgings at 06h00m in order for the bus to leave at 07h00. This only takes place in Windhoek and Walvis Bay while passengers in Swakopmund, Arandis, Usakos, Karibib and Okahandja will be picked up and dropped of at designated points.

We generally prefer that money be paid directly into our account via EFT or direct deposit. Payments can also be made on the bus.

Yes this can be done but must be arranged with the office ahead of the trip.

Passengers are requested to be at their terminal 30 MINUTES before departure. Should you be late for the scheduled departure time, a new ticket will have to be purchased. Booked seats that are not filled will be offered to stand-by passengers on a first come first serve basis. Same regulations counts for cash customers as well as for paid customers.

This is strictly NOT allowed. All payments must be made in-line with McCleun’s Transport services stipulated rates.

Prior to 24 hours before departure Can refund or reschedule N$100.00 admin fee applies. Less than 12 hours before departure No refunds Can re-schedule N$150.00 admin fee applies. On date of departure: No bookings can be cancelled or moved, Payments will be forfeited No Re-schedule/No Refund/new booking procurers apply. With any re-bookings, any increase in fare at the time of the re-booking being requested, will also be for the account of the Passenger. No Refunds on date of departure or thereafter. McClune’s Transport will not be bound by VERBAL QUOTATIONS. Quotes are valid ONLY at the time the quotation is provided, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

With the exception of trained guide dogs, NO PETS, NO ANIMALS, NO BIRDS will be allowed on any McClune’s Coaches or vehicles.

In the event of a breakdown or delay McClune’s COACHES WILL NOT be held liable for connecting services, scheduled meetings, free refreshments, accommodation or any form of transportation or compensation. NO REFUNDS will be paid on breakdowns or delays.
